I've found that [[writing atomic notes improves thinking]]. Each note’s title acts as a concise summary of the idea within. This helps each note to be more easily linked to others, and helps create dense structures of ideas.

There are a few *definitions* which don't adhere to this structure, and also [[Journals]] which are mostly occasional market musings and logs of new note streams.
There is no right or wrong way into these notes. Consider them as a growing garden of thought that is here for anyone to explore. I find that [[writing notes in public improves clarity]], and it helps my own discipline of thought.
These notes began in May 2023. I'm trying to write a single note each day and share the link to the latest daily on Twitter. I anticipate these notes may be much more useful to me than you - nonetheless, you can connect with me on Twitter [@edcroft](https://www.twitter.com/edcroft) to discuss these ideas.
I also post in long form at [Stockopedia.com](https://www.stockopedia.com/) for my subscribers. Most long form articles are essentially combinations of atomic notes in creative ways. (Rather inspired by [Niklas Luhmann](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Niklas_Luhmann).)

If you are wondering about all the fabulous illustrations - I have my own methods, but they are all AI generated using [Midjourney](https://www.midjourney.com/). I think they are just wonderful. I was a painter as a teenager, and for a while as a young man, but now I'm blown away by the creativity of AI. It's inspiring to be able to create such iconic images with a simple text prompt. Remembering concepts and ideas is as much visual for me as it is verbal. I find images and iconography help with memory.
